- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Being involved in strength sports can be very demanding on the body and when injuries accumulate, you can be put out of the game for a while. I had accumulated a few lower back and shoulder niggles that had been following me around for a while and I had heard that Malcolm was a highly regarded/experienced massage practitioner. After some soft tissue work from Malcolm and some corrective exercises to improve shoulder function I experienced good improvements and was back into it.
