- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This is the most incompetent insurance company I have ever dealt with. My back fence fell down a entire week ago and they were apparently going to rush through my claim because I have a child and a dog but I am still waiting. I out in a complaint and they halted it?? How can they do that???? You have no rights as a customer. The service is appalling. And now they aren't even based in Australia. Your call goes through to the Philippines. When contacted, their initial response is from Australia, and then transferred to one of the overseas centres who really do not provide the level of service. I do not recall any instance where they were able to resolve my issues swiftly. It is very unfortunate to the customers and also frustrating, I think at this day and age, the service quality need to be much higher, reducing time wastage of clients.Bandula SamarasingheApril 12, 2017
