- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am highly disgusted in this strata management I highly recommend that you not use them for your apartment as they do not seem to guide our Council of Owners. It's very sad that you invest in a property you would like to call your own but you feel like you are living in a prison and your every move needs to be noted, this goes for our visitor parking procedures - our families don't even want to visit us anymore as they park for a few hours and their cars receive notices OR you have to advise them about your visitors coming and they may or may not even get approved were as other people seem to be getting special treatment, It has nothing to do with HOUSE RULES it’s about a Strata company that doesn’t look after tenants & owners but only after the Council of Owners.... Oh and don’t let me forget you have to email them numerous times to get a reply OR you don’t get a reply at all! Absolutely appalling!Robyn CharlesNovember 21, 2017
